Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We don't ship overseas at this time.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you your Royal Mail tracking number.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard delivery, £4.99: usually arrives 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Express delivery, £6.99: usually arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Free standard delivery on all orders of £25 or more.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods such as Christmas, bank holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two.
Tracking
Every order is sent with Royal Mail tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
Orders with more than one item
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You'll receive tracking for each one.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, doesn't arrive, or contains the wrong item, email us at waseemkaka2018@gmail.com with your order number and we'll put it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
